I have been coming to Santa Fe to the opera for more than thirty years and it is enchanting indeed always to come to New Mexico whose tag line is the title of this post. I think that the first thing I saw here must have been L'Egisto in 1974 - but I can't be sure. I must research the archives! But I have been here more than a dozen times since I suppose......
Anyway here we are after a long travel day with some Route 66 side excursions. The most notable of these was to Holbrook. And the pictures here give you the idea. More happy Americana! Too late to do much more this evening. This just a taste!
