Relax in Chicago

We had a quiet family weekend relatively free of duties.  A particular pleasure this Sunday morning was a visit to Lincoln Park Zoo - a regular family trip since it is just up the road.  The Polar bears were not performing today but this recent picture (click it to enlarge) shows what they are made of!

We get the week off to a good start tomorrow with a Board meeting of the CCPA at 8.30 am and the monthly meeting of the COT Board at 5.30pm.  So I have had to think a bit in preparation - and write my report for the COT Board, a monthly duty which is good for concentrating my mind on some important matters.  Not the least of these is the constant problem of fund raising........but our new Development Director is already up to speed and getting things done.
