I am here in Vienna (seen here c 1760) and just returned from a wonderful opening performance of the New Crowned Hope Festival, Peter Sellars' latest venture, which was also the world premiere of John Adams' The Flowering Tree. It is way past midnight and I will write at greater length tomorrow. But I am done for the day! Patience!

Right well I will repeat what I said before - do you need a PA, with passport willing to travel?? Vienna is on my list of places to see before I die and also want to go to the opera there so I am green with envy
