So here we are at the semi final decision day - we have to reduce the field from the new standard of 16 to eight this evening. And you can see it unfold here. I will post the results of this evening's deliberations around midnight, but maybe earlier. So that is 5pm Chicago time.
I had a quet morning getting some fresh air around Guetersloh before arriving for our usual jury lunch at 1pm. I then stayed for a short time at the "Dress rehearsal" - the Stadthalle is beautifully decked with flowers for this evening as you can just about see from this quick shot of one of the semifinalists at rehearsal just an hour or so ago.
Meanwhile I thought you might like to see a few more images of this charming town. Just click these little pictures to enlarge them. It is altogether "gemütlich" - and what you see here is what you get.
So I will now have a little siesta before we go off for this evening's dramas!
The suspense is killing me!

Hey is that my cousin in the pic? Krenare!!! :).
She is an angel and no wonder that she has an angel voice.
I'm so proud of Her. Kosovo is proud of Her.(Krenare means Proud in english). My Aunt in the moment she saw her knew that we all would be proud of her thats why she gave her that name.
Its an honour to be her cousin, her friend. I bet it was an honour for you to meet her :).Wasn't it?
